Dear Baby Zoey

The first thing the nurses say (and always say) when I ask how you are doing is, "she is soo feisty"!! You have pulled out your feeding tube 5 times and your ox countless times today. They have to basically tie your hands and legs down with blankets so tight, and you still manage to squeeze out and yank all your tubes, plugs, and wires. You little sneak!!!

Ahhh I can't tell you how in love mommy is with you!!! We have waited and struggled for so long. It's hard to believe you are here and you are mine. I told daddy I want 10 more of you.... no comment from daddy...lol

Dear Baby Zoey

They can't get you warm so mommy is holding you and heating you right up:)

You weigh 2 pounds 14 ounces. I think this was your birth weight, so that's awesome.

They now have you from 3 to 2.5 on oxygen so hopefully you will be off it soon. Yay

Your feeding tube is now in your nose instead of your mouth so you don't pull it out!! Trust me...I've had a feeding tube and you do not want to pull it out. Ouch

You have been very feisty today and pulling and yanking on all your wires. Hmm does that mean you are going to be more like Jace then Elyse? Grandma is going to come see you today and Kimmi is going to come do your cares at six.

Mommy calls you her little Z doll because you are soo tiny. Mommy is getting a drop of milk each pumping so hopefully in another three weeks I hope to have lots of milk for you. Kimmi is amazing. She almost has a whole freezer full of milk for you!!:)

Hmm I can't think of anything else to say so I'm going to just enjoy the short time I get to rock you.
